I was reading some of the other reviews, most of which are over exaggerated, i.e. roaches every where, robberies etc. I have had, up to this point, a great place to live for a decent price. Granted there is a bug problem, Especially since WE LIVE IN FL, where there are tons of bugs! I have yet to see a roach.

My wife, son and I have lived here for a year now, and for what we and others pay for rent it is one of the best places, by far, for price and safty. Befor we moved here we looked at other apartments which were more expensive and smaller in size (we live in a 2B-2B). Also more crimes occured at other apartment communities then here.

Yes, every once in a while something breaks or doesnt work, what do you expect, the only way things will get fixed is if you tell maintenance. The maintenace people are nice and friendly. They also stop by to fix your problem the first oppertunity they have, meaning they have other apratments to look at too, not just yours (OMG!...LOL). Seriously, I dont know how they manage with such a big complex, with so many buildings, and five or six guys.

As far as hearing the neigbors, that does get annoying having MR and Mrs heavy feet live upstairs. Also hearing the water run down the pipes. Other then that people in the building are respectfull in the way of not making alot of noise at night.

Two things that bug me the most are the fact that people dont STOP at the STOP signs, even where there are kids around, i.e. in the mourning and afternoon when kids are waitng or leaving the bus. Also dogs not being on leashes with the owner.

Overall it is a great place to live for a fare price.

I think you need to worry when you or your wife is lying out at the pool and a man is "pleasuring himself" in the gym while watching you. That's what happened to my roommate when we lived there. it is very unsave and I have many problems with it

I lived here for a few years and never had any problems with them. I lived in the back in the new section but the people in the office were nice and I never had one problem. These people that are complaining just want something to complain about.
