I moved in September 2004 and lived through 2 leases. I missed that community. I lived in the back area of the Preserve side, very quiet, not traffic at all, huge first floor apartment. I miss the garage, it was the biggest garage that a apartment community could offer, plus it was attached to the apartment. The staff was always friendly and the couple of times I needed maintenance done, it was done really fast. The pools were great and always clean, close to everything in the Southside.
I regreated many times having moved out of this community. Great place to live.

I agree. Although I have relocated and travel ona a consistent basis throughout the country going from city city for 6 month periods this one of the best complexes if not the best complex I have lived in. The ,management is incredible, service is prompt, and apartments and surroundings are great

only first-floor apartments connect to the garage. Everyone else has to walk up the stairs anyway. I live in the preserve, which is admittedly the best of the places to live in Paradise Island, but it's noisy, and the condos that used to be the nature preserve have people at all hours driving in and shining headlights in your window. No view, no quiet, no insulation for the walls between you and noisy/smoking neighbors. You must have lived in the one apartment that didn't have annoying neighbors (or must have been one of them).
