Paradise Island is a great rental community to live in. I have never had any problems so far, what so ever, with maitenance. I've had to have maintenance come 1 time and they were there within hours of calling them. Extremely friendly and very helpful. They are also friendly when you pass them in the complex.

The office staff is just as great. They are again friendly and do a great job.

It is very quiet here, nice surroundings, and I feel very safe.
