I moved here as it was so close to my employment, but once my lease is up, I'll be out of here. If you are a business professional, be warned. There is a vast amount of college kids here who have no consideration whatsoever for their neighbors. I know as I have some above me.
I will give the place credit for taking action after I first moved in attempting to resolve the situation, but now they are no longer willing to work with me. I asked to move to a different apartment so I would no longer have someone above me waking me at all hours of the night. In turn, they want to charge me a $200 transfer fee to do so. So I get penalized for the fact that I have no control over my neighbors. Ain't that just grand!
My decision was to simply continue to bite the bullet, stay sleep deprived, and when my lease is up, bolt out of here as fast as humanly possible.
If you do decide to rent here, make sure that you are given a walk through on the apartment you lease before you actually moved in. I spent two months just cleaning the apartment. But then again maybe college kids don't care about their living situation. I however do.
