Awful place to live

This place should band all pet owners because no one picks up their pets liter it smells so awful out here that I stop inviting people because of the complaints about the smell. There is dog crap everywhere, you have to watch your every step. The walls are very thin you hear everyones living situation, and I truely believe they use well water out here thats unfiltered and it smells awful too.

Management could attempt to allevaite the problem by installing doggy stations throughout the complex. You are blessed that you don't hear any noise in your unit. Every door that is open and shut in my building, I hear it. My upstairs neighbors are the rudest people that I've ever had to live near. I even get to hear their headboard hitting the wall at all hours of the night when they are intimate. I've complained and asked management to let me move to another unit, but they want to charge me $200 to do so. Yeah sure penalize me for what I cannot control. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it.

Its not the apartments fault that they dont pick up after their dogs. although its in the least to do so. management is not going to stand watch all day to see if someone picks up or not. although im pretty sure they would do someone if someone didn't pick up.
i have no problem at all with noise. i can't hear anyone.
