My roomate and I have a three bedroom here and we feel like they'd rather us just be gone. They offer automatic withdrawal for rent pymt and my roomate took advantage...every month she must start calling the business dept to request the withdraw and then last month they never took it out she called and left three messages...only on the six we came to find an EVICTION notice on our door for deliquency on her part of the rent!! telling us we had three days to pay or get out. It took us three months to get a new washer since ours was leaking into the hallway everytime we washed anything. Half of the outlets in our apartment don't work and the maintenance guy said yea i used to live in that apartment you just use the ones that do work...waht the hell' We had a third roomate that gave us nine day notice of moving the rental office didn't care said it was our problem and let her off the lease without even consulting us. The dishwasher and stove seem to be from the early 90's. Can't be in the pool or hot tub after ten pm due to previous tenants throwing furniture in pool. patio door wont stay closed unless you deadbolt lock it. Good price for apt and good location but that doesn't balance out the bad. Do not rent here they make it seem so easy to get in which it is but trouble, trouble, trouble after you're here...little background im 23, roomates 25 we have two dogs have been here since september its june now and cant wait for september so its over.
