I can't wait to leave this community. I have large bugs, spiders and I even found something that I have never seen before. My apartment was not move in ready when we arrived, my water was brown and carpet was not very well cleaned. This apartment is not worth the money, maybe back in the day but not now. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

We are looking to move there can you tell me what section you are in? I know that there are 4. Also what floor level? Are they just palmetto bugs for the large bugs? I know that the area is wooded and mulchy which palmetto bugs love and FL has a lot of palmetto bugs. I see them everywhere and while they live outside they do occassionally get inside every now and then.

no, there are three communities here. no matter where you go there will ALWAYS be bugs. but at least in this complex they come and spray.
and as for the water, i think there was a long period of time when there wasn't anyone leasing that apartment. so the water wasn't circulating. management should have ran the water every so often.
