I stayed at Paradise Island for a year and half and just moved out. The front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is quite responsible too. I give credits to them.

However, the neighbors are AWLFUL! This means they play loud country music at 11pm and left dog poops everywhere on the lawn. My neighbors walk their dog right under my window at 2 am. They sleep all day and party all night long and ignored my protests. I was often wakening up at 3 or 4 am by the shrieking noises of the racing cars or motorcycles, or the yelling and screaming of drunken people. It starts to get very annoying this year so I moved out.

i agree with your comment about this complex, because sometimes these kids tend to stand right outside our window and talk and be obnoxious. thats not really the apartments fault that they do this. they cant always have constant security all over the place. if i get woken up again at 3 in the morning im callin the police.
