Paradise Island Rental Communities

I have lived at Paradise Island for 2 years, and am very happy. I live in the units with the atttached garages and can only comment on those. They are the most expensive, but worth it. I never hear my neighbors and these units are very soundly built. I did chose to live in one of the front facing units, that way no one resides beneath me, although I have talked to others who live in the back facing lower units and they say they don't have a problem with noise from upstairs. I feel very safe here, and do not know of any problems.Maintenance is very prompt to respond and the office staff are always helpfull and professional. The only things I would say are negatives are the tot lots, they really need upgrading, and the dog poop, people must be afraid of it or something because no matter how many signs they put up nobody cleans up after their pets. It would also be nice if they would start to do some updating to the interiors. While the bathrooms and kitchens are very nice, the cupboards and lighting fixtures could be replaced with something more modern. Like I said, I can only speak for the units with the attached garages, but I definetly recommend these units.

It would also be great if people would park in parking spots instead of a no parking zone especially by building 28 and 29 But I guess management would rather take care of other things since I was told I should be the one parking somewhere else then, even though I am parked in a parking spot and then cant get out in the mourning. I guess if your lazy you can park anywhere and leave you car parked on the property (especially with an expired tag, with a note saying that you sent your registration in 2 weeks ago and just havent got it yet so please dont tow my car. and yes I am talking about the blue kia rio parked backwards by the mailbox for building 29)
I guess I will just start parking my three autos there and block everybody and let the tags expire (I just wont put the take on my work truck when my work gives it to me lol). Managment doesnt care.
