Ive lived here 2 years and Ive always liked it. Of course occasionally you can hear your neighbors or have a neighbor being too loud...but that is generally expected when you live in a rental community. I have lived in a few different units. The bugs can be more predominate in the areas closer to the woods, but I just get my apt sprayed bi-monthly when they offer it. I also have 2 large dogs and have never had an issue. They even have doggie bags in some of the areas. I have always lived in the Preserve, which I think helps cut down on loud, younger people...because its a little more expensive. Overall, I would recommend it. I think alot of people just dont consider, you live in an apartment! You cant pick your neighbors and the complex cant just go kicking people out lol. Its MUCH cleaner than most complexes in this area, and the crime statistics (break-ins to cars, apartments, or vandalism) is more than 60% lower then any apartment on Baymeadows or within a 2 mile radius :)

Didnt I say that? Only the owner can have vehicles towed... renters arent owners.. but I had a vehicle towed last month. It was blocking a garage and had been there all night. I called the office as soon as they opened and they had it towed immediately. Unfortunately you have to be very active to get stuff done. Just keep on bitching :) lol. And I said I work for JSO.. I didnt say I was an officer :)

let me tell you something jen, I've been bitching >:( about it since I moved here, and now the lazy JSO officer (who is supposedly a courtesy office for the complex didn't even respond or call after waiting an hour when my other car was parked in, in front of my garage, it took me calling JSO, and a officer (who doesn't live here) came out within a half hour (still no courtesy officer)and he actually got out of his car (OMG! imagine that)and went door to door waking people up to get the person to move his car.
Then when I was parked in because two cars where parked up against the curb, in the no parking zone, when the courtesy officer showed up "oh you can get out of that" so I had to back up, pull forward, back up, pull froward, back up, pull forward, back up... all because that pig never got out of his car and tried to actually help me.
Also, like I said, the parking system here is a broken system. the only time you cant park in a no parking zone is when management or even the leasing office is here, even after that they just slap the green sticker on the windshield. Anytime after that no one will get towed, even if it means blocking me and others, and then they leave before both offices open.
So thanks for the advice and I'll keep bitching :) and maybe before you tell me to be active to get stuff done, you drive by building 28 and 29 around 6 am like this morning, the same cars, silver honda civic and white dodge stratus, parking people in.
