LAST NIGHT SOMEONE WAS STABBED AND KILLED HERE. THERE HAVE BEEN MULITPLE REPORTS OF OTHER CRIME. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 1/2 YEARS AND WHEN MY LEASE IT UP IN 3 MONTHS I AM OUT. THIS PLACE USED TO BE NICE. NOW YOU HAVE MAJOR SAFETY, MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE ISSUES AT THIS PLACE. YOU CAN FIND BETTER FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU WOULD RENT HERE.

You... are an idiot... the person who was stabbed was stabbed by her HUSBAND. There has been one death here since 1999. That was also a domestic...Leases are only one year long.. if its so bad.. why did you renew it twice? lol

The person killed was involved in a domestic dispute. It was something that could've happened anywhere. I was worried as well when I first heard the news (without all the details), but after learning more about it and learning that it was a domestic, we will be staying. We've lived here since 2006 and have been very happy. Her estranged husband/soon to be ex(who did not live with her) tricked her sister into opening the door and he was able to gain entry to attack her. This could have happened to anybody, anywhere.

Burglaries, assaults and robberies and even murders happen in the best communities You have to take a look at the totality of the circumstances before you make a judgement call. I agree with the 2 previous responses. But if anyone can direct me to a place where nobody dies, or fights with their family or hurts other peoples feelings, please share, I will move tomorrow, but right no I am happy in my apartment at Paradise Island and would recommend it to anyone.
