I'm close to a year living here, I looked around and for this price the apartments are really good. The only thing though is that space wise is a little small for me, another thing is that maintenance personnel take too long to fix stuff. It's been about three months since one of my kitchen drawers broke and they still haven't fixed it. The pool is nice size and the neighbors are really nice (at least by my bldg), the area is clean and mostly safe. Even though they need to work on that gate system because more than one car at a time go through and most of the time they don't even live here, and they park so bad that they hit others. Overall, it's one of the few places around this area that I would recommend to anyone.
