Stengths:

1) nice landscaping and buildings, nice pool when it is working

2) I feel very safe here

3) Well laid out floorplans, with the exception on the smallish kitchen

4) Friendly staff

Weaknesses:

1) MAINTENANCE - if things are of a non-urgent nature, they go a long time before being fixed. The pool was down for the better part of a year. The A/C in the workout room has been down for 3 months (health hazard in FL). The light outside our door (so you can see who is knocking) has been down forever. Our faucets have leaked since we got here. This apartment is not willing to spend the time or money to fix things promptly.

2) They don't respond to noise complaints. They don't really respond to complaints in general (don't bother writing are calling corporate...its a waste of a stamp). This can be a problem, as in some buildings, especially in the back of the complex, you can have really noisy neighbors.

3) The price is only OK.

Overall, I would say look around and see if maybe you can find something a little better for the price. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I agree. Residents are not considered a priority but if you are late with rent, they want to throw you out. Gates never work, were told we were getting screened in porches, pool broke down for a year, no coffee bar, etc. Move somewhere else. All staff do not care!
