I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS WHO HAVE POSTED THEIR NEGATIVE PERCEPTIONS OF THIS PROPERTY. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS EXTREMELY SHIFTY (NOT TO BE TRUSTED) AND THE MANAGER IS LACKING IN MANAGERIAL SKILLS AND INTEGRITY. THE GATES HAVE BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE AND THE GYM IS STILL UNUSABLE FOR THE MOST PART. MY RENT HELPS TO PAY FOR THESE AMMENITIES. WHERE ARE THE RESULTS' THE COMPANY, IMT, AS WELL AS THE STAFF AT THIS COMPLEX, PORTRAY A GROUP THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS. IF IT WASN'T AT SUCH A CONVENIENT LOCALE AND REASONABLY AFFORDABLE, I WOULD BE OUT OF HERE IN A HEARTBEAT.
