This used to be a really great place. We lived here for the past 3 years and am glad we are out of here. The company,IMT, came in over a year ago & things have grown steadily worse. The staff & the company do not care about residents. I was told by the manager that the residents only pay for their apartments, NOT the amenities. The pool was closed for almost a year, no a/c in the tiny room they call a fitness center, no coffee bar as advertised in the book, gates haven't worked in a long time, & the landscaping has gone straight down hill. Before IMT it was alot better. Kathy in the office was brilliant but they left the rude manager who doesn't like to get out of her chair. Maintenance manager is too friendly with the drug dealers who are now living here & I know he is involved. Think twice about moving here. We are glad to be gone. Don't rent anywhere where IMT are involved!
