My husband and I have been here about a year now. The security is okay. There's a cop that lives on the premises and he parks his police car right at the leasing office. The gates work about 97% of the time. The other 3% is when dumb a$$e$ ram the gate b/c they don't know the code to get in (mostly visitors). I do have one con of the place. I think that they increase the security by placing those things that pop your tires if you go the wrong way at the EXIT gate(s)! Sometimes, when people don't know the code to get thru the Entrance gate, they'll sit and wait until you open up the Exit gate so they can scoot on thru after you pass.

The atomosphere is very tranquil. Every now and then there's loud music from one of the buildings or some car ... but I've only experienced that on the weekends. Other than that, it stays pretty quite most of the time. There are several beautiful views. One is of a beautiful lake with a fountain and another is of small pond in the back. Not very many teens ... mostly small families live here. Parking can get limited though. Especially on the weekends.

We have never had an issue with maintenence. Everytime we have requested a work order, it's almost always completed by the end of the week if not a couple of days after the request was made. The management and staff are very courteous! They tell you straight out what is expected not just of you ... but also what you should expect of them. They do a very good job with the upkeep of the landscaping.

Our experience here has been nothing but good. We love this place! Unfortunately, we're both in the military, so we don't stay in one place very long.
