We moved in around the beginning of the year. Ever since then, we've had nothing but frustrations with this place. Management and office staff are rude. Maintenance is awful. They take their sweet time getting around to maintenance requests. It took 3 days and constant trips to the office to get our bathtub faucet fixed when it was broken and would not turn off. We have also had infestations of ants and other insects in our apartment. The laundry room has flooded on at least one occasion and is usually dirty (cockroaches on the floor!) and smells mildewy. Yes, it's a decent place for the area and the money. And it would be alot better if the manager and maintenance were more on top of things. But overall, it's been a huge disappointment.
