I moved here in Oct 2008 it was really nice and quiet. My 1 Br is huge and my viewof the lake is awesome. They have not been able to keep any mainatence people there have been 4 diffrent men since I LIVED HERE. They had a Manager taht was vey nice and Sweet but she moved on after getting married now they a regional manger Maureen, manager who is evil and a office staff person Barbara(clueless). I have never been able to get anything fixed without a hassle. My AC was Broke or A week. In June a maintanence man came and perpatrated like he fixed some things and they broke again a week later. These apartemnts are awful. The new manager conviently aways has Amnesia. She cant remember talking to you. Whether face to face or the phone. I wish I had not resigned my lease but I am GLAD it is not for another year. She back tarcks alot and lies. I am the customer and she argues with me. The Assitant manger is awful. I have reported them to Better business Bureau and Apartment Association.

I could not agree with you more! Especially with the maint. issue, and I havent been here long, but long enough to know youre right. However, the place I moved from was waaaay worse, and a crappy neighborhood too, so I try to let the lake view and niceness of the apt inside, override the issues with maint. And I cannot stand that new manager! She is the worst and a total bs-er for sure. I hope they replace her soon.
