I agree with the first reviw that the immediate neighborhood is OK, quiet, elementary and middle school and two parks directly across the street. As for the complex, there is mold growing on the roof of my kids rooms from how the roof leaks, this place has a MAJOR PEST control issue. Can you say ROACHES. Its crazy. I barely cook any more because of the site of the roaches crawling out from everywhere. Most are in the bathroom, I guess because of the moisture. Its disgusting. The trash over flows regularly, the manager brings her kids to work and have the nerve to put a sign on the door stating, "If the door is lock please dont knock, I maybe feeding the baby or putting her to sleep". What kind of mess is that, so the residents are suppose to put off their problems until she finish breast feeding her kid. And directly up the street closer to university is where the shots were fired and they found two people in their apartment dead. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

i just moved in here and the manager has no baby. she is absolutely the one of the most proactive managers i have met. ROACHES in your apartment? maybe you shouldnt leave your food sitting around your house and have better housekeeping skills? what does shots fired at a different complex have to do with this complex? kids are playing in the playground everyday after school and i've never heard of any issues.
