I have resided at Pelican Pointe for almost a year and i am happy to state that the community is well kept and the staff respond and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.The location is perfect,close to stores and schools.Lots of parking and no one above or below me.I intend to stay another year.

I am shopping for a new apartment on the Northside . I visited several last week and Saturday I decided upon Pelican Pointe. Not only was I greeted in a professional mannor i found the residents to say many positive things about where they lived. The unit i was shown was clean and well worth what they are renting for. The surrounding areas well kept. I was reffered by a long standing resident of pelican Pointe.
