I came out to look at these apartments because of the price. I really liked the fact they are all single story and the rent is really cheap. You can tell they keep up with the property because it was nice and clean. The drive was to far for me and they sent me to one of there other communites where I know reside. Ms. Betty was very helpful, and I would recommend this community to any body intrested in living on the Northside of Jacksonville.
