I lived there for two years (moved to buy a house) and loved it. While the property has some age and needs some upgrades (which new ownership is doing) it was VERY quiet and secure. I worked downtown and it onlt took 5 minutes to get there. If you get a unit facing the Horse farm (the entire back of the propery abuts a horsefarm) then it is a nice peacful view from your back porch and can even feeed the horses if the mood strikes. I think it is one of the best values in Jax.
