My husband, toddler, and I have lived here from Dec 2006 to July 2007 and we have loved it! We live in a 2/2.5 townhome, 1280 sq ft, with our two cats.

The management and maintenance people (Freda, Sherrie, Marc, and Clifton) are so nice and helpful and really do seem to care that you are enjoying your home. We moved in on a Friday night and it was so quiet! We hardly ever hear our neighbors through the walls, and they have two yappy dogs! The construction must be very sound! Many of the residents are elderly or young families, so we have felt very safe here. The parking is wonderful, plenty of space for you and visitors. The landscaping is pretty and well kept with lots of flowers blooming a good part of the year. I would highly recommend Pickwick. Apply early because there is usually a waiting list.

The one bad review of Pickwick concerning the guy whose lease wasn't renewed because he wouldn't clean up his dogs' poop was one thing that convinced us to move here! It tells you how management respects the residents by keeping good neighbors in and bad ones out.

The pool and property are clean, quiet, sufficient space, safe, good neighbors, pretty "lakes," close to everything, etc... We highly recommend Pickwick as a place to live.

We are the renters most sought after. In my opinion, it's the parents who don't pick up after their toddlers, who can create a probl em with an environment dog owners cannot appreciate.

what a moron, if he was a responsible dog owner he would clean up after his pet and stop making excuses......regardless Sherrie and Freda are awesome!! They REALLY cares about the residents and wants you to enjoy your home (without dog poop everywhere!)

Freda is a nit picking pain in the butt. I know several people that had to walk on eggshells to live here. She is very ---- retentive. Its her way or the highway. She passed out letters telling parents that their children were not allowed to play ball or skate in her neighborhood. I left because that is absurd. If she wants to run a retirement community so be it!
