I stopped by Pickwick Apts when I was searching around for apts last week. I was very impressed. The grounds were kept nicely, everything was quiet, management was very helpful and nice, management and renters were having pleasant conversations, the management even remembered their names, the apt I looked at was well-maintained for being older, the pool was clean, etc . . . I was really impressed. The only thing I did not like was that the 1B/1B apts did not have laundry hookups. Regardless, they give everyone needing to use the laundry facilities a key to the laundry room b/c they lock it up at night. Because of the laundry situation, Pickwicks was my second choice out of 12 or so apartments I looked at.
