When I first moved into the complex, we were owned by another company and it was actually quite nice for the money. Since Pine Barrens was bought out last year it has gone downhill extremely fast. We have a fence that keeps high school students from cutting across our property that has been knocked down for 7 months and has not been fixed. The landscaping and lighting outside has been getting steadily worse. The apartment walls are super thin so you can hear everything around you, there are no dish washers, and we have a huge stray cat problem. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to live somewhere else if possible. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
