When I first moved in we had better owners and they took care of the property
better then the current owners. They also had better management which kept out the riff raff etc. Now you hardly see the manager who lives off the premises and the friendly and safe atmosphere has all but gone away. The maintence man he seems nice but he can only do so much. The apartments only have window air conditioning which barely cools the apartments and now the maintence man says they have to give move in specials just to get the units rented. That has brought in some unwanted tenants. I noticed someone mentioned the cats. Its a year later and their still here even more. every night I come home from work five or six of them are running dodging my car and then following me to my apartment. I know maintence has to see them because ther the same ones. ones a white and black ones a yellow tabby ones a black and grey and several others. They eat out of the trash, people feed them etc. Why can't the mgt call someone to catch them''' I liked living there but will probaly move this year. I can't take it anymore. And there are no dishwashers or upgrades in the units either. I hope the management reads this and DOES SOMETHING their losing some good tenants.
