I've lived here also for 2 years and I have to agree on the fact that you can hear all the noises around the other apartment around you. I overheard my neighbors having sex and the walls hitting due to the bed. I also have to agree on the note about the mold,I have mold on my bedroom and my kids closet witch disturbs me alot I brought the issue to the leasing office various times and nothing has been done about it....
