THE OFFICE STAFF SUCKS EVERYONE IS UNPROFESSIONAL ESPICALLY THE PORPERTY MANAGER WHITNEY. SHE A NASTY, RUDE OLD BITTY!!I CALLED TO ADDRESS A PROBELM I HAD AND SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE! My windsheild got shot at in the middle of the night and police has even siad themselves when I called them out to do a report that these apartments are getting worse by the day. The person under me got all 4 tires stolen off his car as well as his motorcycle and 2 people were robbed at gun right on the side of my buliding. You can never get any sleep beacuse the cops are constanly flying over the apartments on crime watch and they will shine their bright lights down on you from the sky if they see you in the parkinglot while air patroling. I have lived in 2 different apartments on this property and they gave me HELL when i complained about how nasty the carpet was unpon moving in not to mention i put in 4 work orders and they have yet to come fix anything in my apartment. Whitney the property manager will try to steal your deposit and she will give you a bogus lie that its gerneral procedure and that its listed in your lease which is a lie do not allow them to take $65 from your deposit and claim its for general cleaning when you move out i told her to show it to me in my lease then she quickly agreeded to give me my total deposit back beacuse she knew she was lying its NOT in your lease and its NOt true. They have caller id in the officeand they will aviod you if they know your calling to complain and if you call private Whitney will have her assistant Lisa cover for her. When you ask for corp number they will denie you. Chris the leasing agent at the front desk is a total goof ball he knows NOTHING anything you ask he has to get back to you which he will never do.
