I've lived here for 2 months now. People are good, facilities are getting a little old for these 20 year old apartments. Maintenance is responsive. Yards and parking lot does not have good drainage with heavy rain. Tenants are quiet at night. Buildings and parking lots need a facelift but the location is really great.
