If there were words to describe Pinebrook, then it would be "Disappointed". They do not even follow their own rules. Many tenants have more the 5 people in one apartment the was meant for 3. After the Courtesy officer had left things are not the same. People parking in the fire zones through out the ENTIRE night, unknow people coming in and out of the complex that don't even live there. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Unruly people, cigarette butts all over the place and the maintenace service is not good. SAVE YOUR MONEY. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
