I stopped by this complex in my search for apts. The leasing agent was brand new, but was very nice and helpful. We ran into the maintenance guy who was also very nice. The apts were older, but clean. The grounds were clean too. It was in an older section of town, not the most well-to-do area, but not frightening. On the unit we saw, the door was hollow and flimsy. Being a single female who will be living alone, I would like a more sturdy door. All-in-all, it seemed pleasant during my visit.
