this place was basic gov housing.... it goes by what you make and if you make even a little money you won't get in.... so you can imagine who lives there. nothing but ghetto rats.... there is trash everywhere..... maint personell was ok but just jerry rigged most things..... pool if it ever was open was nasty.... old appl. old washer and dryer. bad carpet.... and it even comes with pets.... thats is if you want to train the roaches to do tricks... we had to break our lease early because i refused to let my family live in the ghetto... we felt very unsafe there..... when we was moving to jax and not knowing the area we thought that it was ok in the middle of the day when a few people were working and kids were in school... but when the sun goes down it is party central.... the people have no respect for anyone.... they all have the attitude that if they are awake everyone should be awake..... this also includes the school kids in the morning some of them out going to school at 7 in the morning screaming and yelling likes its the afternoon... if you want a nice peaceful place to live.... don't ever go here...... just go down kernan there are much better places
