Pinewood Pointe Apartments

Not so bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've lived in Pinewood Pointe for about three months now and it is truly not THAT bad, as the last review made it sound. It's true that it is income restricted, but I am paying $840 for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse that has a huge living room and kitchen. It is true that the area does have a problem with noise control but it's not any different in any other complex that has kids who wait outside for a school bus in the morning. The last review mentioned roaches, and it must have just been their apartment because I have never once seen a roach in my apartment. When it comes down to it, no it's not anything spectacular, but what apartment complex is going to be spectacular when you pay less than 900 for a 3 bedroom apartment. Pinewood Pointe is definitely good for the money.
