the management does not know what they are doing... a monkey could do a better job. to get anything fixed it takes threatening them by telling them you will hire a personal repair person and send them the bill... the pool is always disgustingly dirty... and the gym... oh thats not a gym its a treadmill in a closet. the grounds of the place are horribly maintained, if at all... you dont get much hot water, not to mention that the shower heads leak 24/7... and dirty laundry water from the person above us always backwashed into our kitchen sink. we are constanly battling a flea and roach problem... but we dont have pets and we constanly cleaning, so its obviously not because of us... there is a really bad bee/hornet and fire ant problem... there are over a hundred apartments and only one laundry room that only has 8 washers and 8 dryers, definately not enough for the amount of people with laundry to do here... noise is really bad... there are always cats roaming around... cops are here at least once every 2 weeks looking for someone... my husband and i keep 2 very high powered paintball guns loaded and easily accesible because we do not feel safe at all and if the alarm should go off it takes the police almost an hour to call back... we tested it... my husband i will definately be leaving when our lease is up the list could go on and on, but i think you get the picture...
