Upon looking at these apartments (if just passing by) they look decent. They apartments are a pretty decent size. But once you are inside you see a very different view. Normally, before you move in your apartment should be ready to move into. Those maintenance fools are just down right PATHETIC. If they spent less time ridingaround the complex on their golf carts conversating, cleaning out their personal cars during business hours, or pretty much just standing around doing nothing, they could get stuff done right and in a timely manner. And when they do come around they do a half-assed job. You shouldn't have to come out and fix the SAME damn problem 5 times. Do it right the FIRST time, dude! Hell it's like I'm my own maintenance man. The ONLY difference is I'm NOT gettin'PAID for it! It's just insane. The management is TERRIBLE. They don't give a damn about anything EXCEPT your monthly rent.They need to hire people that ACTUALLY WORK. Get rid of those golf carts. If you did your workers would finally do some REAL work, instead of riding around on the street outside of the apartment complex. Parking is a complete nightmare. You have tenants that move in with about 5 or six cars taking up ALL the parking spaces. You're lucky if you can park near a curb. It's as noisey as hell. You've got these fast little girls standing outside, cussing, smoking weed, just making a whole lot of noise. There is also your little friendly neigborhood ----- house on the premises. Guys go in and out of that apartment at all times of the night. You even see kids pleasuring each other with oral sex in PUBLIC. Where are these kids' parents'' The grounds are NOT well kept at all. Their is hella trash thrown all around the grass in between the apartment buildings. They need to have trash pick up a few times a week. And get more than one dumpster. The trash on trash mountain gets so full, that soon people just say F*** it, and leave their trash bags on the ramp leading up to the dumpster and ALL around it. That's just NASTY! I DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE. Let me repeat that. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE!. With all the criminal activity, and wanna be ganstas around here, people standin' on the corners all hours of the day and night, I had to get FAR, FAR, FAR away from that dump! Anyone with children should walk away from this place. DON'T look back because you would be making the VERY BEST dicision of your life. I would NOT recommend this place to my WORST enemy.

With everything that this person is discussing about our commuinty they would had to live here or spend atleat a week on the property to notice all these supposed things that they are saying is wrong. I live here and have lived here for over 5 years and I love it. They have a great new managment team in the office that goes above and beyond for you. The grounds are not nasty and we have a great mantaince staff who takes pride in their work and the community. The Plantation staff has take great pride in clean up the community and I have no complants. Out of all the apartment communities I have lived at, I would have rate this one as one of my top 5.

Man, you office people need to quit writing these fake "oh, this is the BEST apartment I have EVER lived in" responses and get to working! Fix up the complex, so you don't have to lie1
