Plantation Apartments

JUST TIRED!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Pros: They tried to increase security with patrol cars. Very spacious apartments. Cons: Nasty, loud, and rude neighbors(piss smell in parking lot)!!!! Is there a screening process' The office seemed very unconcerned, no wonder they are losing tenants. Raggedy plumbing, I am so tired of water back ups. I tried to complain to office about maintenance and water damage in my unit and all I got was a "why are you calling again"' Absolutely no concern, not even a apology. I also searched the Florida Registered Sex Offender website and found out a male offender recently moved in, we weren't notified. There are alot of kids playing outside these units. This place is a joke...anyone that is having a pleasant experience must live near the front office.
