The grounds are nicely kept and overall the neighbors are nice. The maintenance staff will answer calls within 24 hours on issues which will damage the property, but usually only to quick fix the problem. In time I've lived there, the AC has gone out and I had to fight over a month to have a new one put in. When complaints about chewed tabacco spit being thrown on the walls out front were given to the management, the issue was ignored for months. The noise from Blanding and the surrounding car dealerships is annoying. To make matters worse, a new one is being built next door. I know of one other neighbor which was broken into. Parking is not usually a problem and you are far enough down Blanding to not be tied up by much mall traffic. The office staff is pleasent when they are present. They have a tendency to not follow the posted hours, often leaving at 4:50 when the posted time is 5:30. The buildings themselves were built in 1970 and leak like a sieve. Often I can smell smoke from my downstairs neighbors in my bathroom due to airleaks between the two.
