Planters Walk Apartments

IF YOU ARE SMART LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We have lived at Planter's Walk for a year now. In our residency here our apartment has flooded multiple times. The maintanence showed up promptly, however the ploblem has yet to be fixed. This has also happend to many of my neighbors. The last time it flooded the entire downstairs. The matinence pulled up our carpet, threw away the carpet pad and left the carpet unattached and un clean. When we called the office to have our carpet cleaned and they said that there was nothing they could do without charging us. CHARGING US..... So the carpet still stands, smelling, stained, and un attached. The property water lines have broke numerous times leaving us without water for days, the trash hasn't been emptyed for a week now. The stench reaches your door. Stray animals everywhere, poisioness snakes slither to your porch. Terrible roach, ant, spider, and mold issues. Save your money and heart ache, move somewhere else.
