Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
2 Years after i moved out of this place a $1000 fee appeared on my credit report from this apartment complex. the problem...i was never notified, and even contacted them to ask if i had anything i needed to take care of after i moved out. 2 years later they jacked my credit up, with out even contacting me. while i lived there i had problems where in a 2 year period my AC went out 7 times, water leaked into almost every light fixture from the upstairs apartment, peoples cars were getting spray painted, they never mowed behind our apartment, or raked the leaves so it killed all the grass and all that was left was dirt
