To much water damage

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My bathroom fan leaked forever and than the walls leaked. The masterbedroom closet floor would get wet from leaks through the walls. When I firsted moved in, I plugged in my washer and the wall outlit caught fore and fried my washer.
