I've lived at Planters Walk for almost a year and I can tell you that I would never live anywhere else. The management staff is extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any problem that you may have and the maintenance responds very efficiently. If you love location, a caring staff, beautiful and CLEAN grounds then you will want to live here. I have had some wonderful neighbors and I can truly say that I may never move from here.

This was obviously written by one of the office staff to try to cover up all of the bad ratings!! Nice try though these apartments are a health hazard, not to mention how bad the office staff sucks!! They don't care about you, are you kidding me?? Thats exactly why this place had gone under new management numerous times, THEY CAN"T HANDLE IT!!! Oh and as for the location yeah sure it's a great location if your thing is drive by's, murders, car break-ins, and the occasional loonatic running around with a knife Please this place is horrible.

Okay maybe you have not lived here because I have not had any of those problems except usual things that go wrong in an apartment. The staff was always nice and friendly and the location is fine. There are crazy people living everywhere. That has nothing to do with the staff or the apartments. My car has been broken into but uless you live in a house that just may happen anywhere. Don't blame that on the apartments. My only complaint is they are too small for growing families.
