I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and have had nothing but problems the entire time!!! It has gone under new management twice since I have been here, I guess they can't handle all the problems, for example, I hope you have good car insurance because I can promise you your car will get broken into at least the 1st couple weeks you are here, and for gods sake look out your windows before you go get into your car in the morning because if they are breaking into your car or a car near by and see you walk out they will shoot at you!!!. And please don't think the police will care either because when there was a shooting here awhile back it took them 2 hours just to get here. Then of course there is your usual mugging and the guy who is trying to stab his wife and people found bloody and beaten in the parking lots. This is a horrible place to live I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The office staff just turns thier backs at everything and does not even try to put the effort forward to provide some kind of extra security, they could care less about you or your family. The maintence sucks, they can't fix anything, I think they found these guys off the street somewhere because they were willing to take $2.00 an hour for pay. When I moved in here I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom that was flooding out our KITCHEN!!! They cut this gianormous hole in our kitchen ceiling that has yet to patched almost a year later!!! Alls they do is ride around on their little golf cart pick up trash and leave notes on peoples doors warning them to be careful when they go out at night. It's bad when you have to do the buddy system just to go out your front door after dark!! Whatever you do do not move into these apartments it's not worth your life, take the extra time to find something better.
