Currently under new ownership, they are much better than the last guys. They are fixing up the place really well,with paint,gated entry, and custom tile in the kitchens, foyer,and bathrooms. They respond quickly to emergencies. New gym being put in along with coffee bar with snacks. They are doing a good job. However, the people who have moved in the last six months are problematic, unruly kids, and overcrowding in apartments will be the cause of my leaving. The lighting is awful, too many men standing around outside at night drinking beer. I don't feel as safe anymore, and I worry about my girls safety when they come home from school. I am giving the new people a chance since they have only been here 3 mths and this place was in total disrepair when they got here. They are doing a fantastic job. I think that once they are done and the rent is increased it will weed out the riff-raff.
