I too lived here for 18 months. I will give credit to the new owners. They have painted the place and installed tile and a gate. But there are too many people sharing apartments. If you drive around and come to the back, you will find cars men parked, blasting their stereos, standing around drinking beer as the other review mentioned. I called the police 3 times for noise complaints. Nothing happens. If you avoid the back, you will be O.k. I will not renew my lease at the end of 2006. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
