Not playing the race card

Well I had to call JSO last night. Beer drinking and people urinating in front of my apartment 2:00 in the morning... I am Black, but I am not going to use the race card. I consider my self a open-minded person. I just think the apartment complex is not for decent people. They are thugs hanging out and 5 to 6 people sharing apartments. And I will move and gladly pay higher rent someone else. I really liked my apartment though.
