I have lived her since the property was Park Royal, at that time this was a very nice place to live, the staff was very nice to you and you were never a bother to them. The staff not including the manager Lisa are very nice and always very friendly. Lisa is miserable and all she seems to do is play with her computer and never acknowledges you when you see her. It seems that the standards have been lowered to just get people to rent and it doesnt matter how many people are in an apartment as long as they can pay the rent. Ofter you will see people move in late at night and this happens after the initial move in, then a week or so later more people move in and it is obvious management has no clue this is happening or they just dont care. I am in the process of looking for another place to live and as soon as I find something I will be out of here. The laundry rooms are so dirty you have to go off site to do laundry. The gated community is a joke because people site and wait for someone to open the gate and they follow in, so the gate is not keeping anyone out! I could go on and on about this place but I will just say I am sorry I didnt get out as soon as Pointe Sienna took over and will be looking forward to the day I move. I will never suggest this place even to my worst enemy! One last thing, they recently put in new title floors, they must have used the cheapest materials and workers they could find. I have never seen such a sloppy job in my life and the floors are horrible, very hard to keep clean and the grout is coming out and management does not seem to care.
