Well I have to say to me these apartments are descent. #1 Mold. People this is Florida where there is a hell of alot of moisture so you ARE going to experience some level of mold WHERE EVER you are. You Just have to have common sense to know what to do. Do like I do mix a lil bleach and water in a sprayer and spray the area twice a month or when you see it. I do that and I have no problem.#2 Roaches. First of all when you go looking for a place you open cabinets, closets, you open everything that can open and check for dead roaches or eggs or live roaches. Secondly before I move into a place I set out my own insect bombs. And every three months I do it again. Why because I have common sense to know that I live in an apartment and everyone isn't as clean as I. And I don't need critters coming into my place cause my neighbor is a nasty mess. When I moved into my apartment here it had alot of ants. I bombed and no problem. Why because I had common sense to know that the place probably sat for a little while with no one in it so duh critters move in. 2 of my neighbors complain about roaches in my buliding but guess what I don't have any. MAYBE once a month I'll see maybe 2, but guess what thier belly up. As far as crime, it's everywhere so get over it. There is no heaven on earth. But what we can do is what I do. And that is if you see anything weird call the cops. They're right next door. Hell the reason so many places are going bad is because instead of people saying "oh no not in my neighborhood" and call the cops, they run. Why' Crime is in the best of the best neighborhoods. I've heard things about this back of the complex but any dork knows that in the back of anywhere is where if any problems occur it's going to happen there. It's like in class the kids that want to sneak and eat, or talk and pass notes, or whatever you go to the back of the class. This is no different. But to me I like it, and it could be worse!

agreed. this place is as bad as it can get. please post how you like moving into a infested place. why should you have to pay to get rid of bugs when the apartment complex is required to by law? My guess is this is another person working for them....they all live here except the manager. we would claim it was great too if forced or told if you wanna keep working here. idiots. maybe you should work in the office with the rest of them. today is 9-2 and have you still seen the green pool out back? been thick green since before Fay. anyone notice that? Since locked up right and kids banned from the front pool doing normal hours so there can be adult time. thinking of getting some officials in here
