I'VE LIVED IN A LOT OF PLACES DURING MY LIFE AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BOLD FACE LIEING. THE MAINTAINENCE IS NON-EXISTANT AND WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEONE TO SHOW UP, THE ARE BEYOND STUPID! ROACHES ARE PLENTIFUL, THE SECURITY GATE NEVER WORKS AND THERE IS NO MORE SECURITY PATROL. WHICH ARE THE MAIN REASONS I MOVED INTO THIS COMPLEX. THUGS AND PUNKS ARE TAKING OVER QUICKLY! -------- ARE THE MAJORITY, WHITES ARE THE MONRITY! THIS PLACE IS FILTHY; GARBAGE, BEER BOTTLES AND CANS EVERYWHERE! LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE SINK-HOLES EVERYWHERE TOO, WHICH NEVER GET REPAIRED. YOUR PAYING ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS PLACE AND GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR IT!! DONT DO IT!!!

I have been living here since June 2008 and I have had very minimal maintenance issues. When I do have one, they usually send TWO guys and within a timely manner. I had a small bug problem when moved in but I got some spray from the store and it worked great! As far as security goes, i go to the grocery all the time and leave my door unlocked!! Im not sure where you live but maybe your just in a bad area, my area is peacceful and quiet. Nobody is ever even outside!! I have very reasonable rent and I believe I get my moneys worth! This is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. I would recommend you have a better attitude with people and maybe you would see better results!
