I requested on Friday(4/3/09) 9am maintenance work be done on my bath HOT water that has been running for four days now because the water knots wont lock it completely.On Saturday morning at 10am,I called the Apartment office and I was told someone will come fix it.At 3.30pm, I had to call again because nobody came to fix it,it was then I was told I have to wait till Monday morning.I explained that energy is being wasted but hot water is what is coming out and I have my whole bathroom steam up.I was told to cut off the fuse to the heater which I did and that didn't work.It is Monday afternoon after a long day work, I got home and see that the maintenance work had not been done,I called only to be told they are short of handymen.I explained I am wasting money to JEA(hot water running and I cant stop it and my bathroom stem up)only for the lady I have been talking to on phone to hanged up on me.This I see as a disrespect because it is a maintenance work that is urgent.I am putting this up here for others to learn from before dealing with this apartment building.

i had the SAME EXACT thing happen to me. i had them come after 2 weeks and three b*tch sessions later. I showed them the JEA bill, double the normal bill, they paid it after a lot of back and forth
