I have lived here for many years, but as of the last 5 months the staff is horrible. THe Assistant Manager is completely disorganized and never follows through on anything. I call to find out how much i owe, get an amount, pay it and still get a balance due letter. GET IT TOGETHER. I used to get great service and response from maintenance the same day..now i'll be lucky if they show up at all. I just went 10 days without my A/c and everytime i called the assistant manager said she would have it taken care of or call me back to let me know when they will arrive...and I don't even get a call back. Not only that but the grounds have gone down hill as of lately. Trash all over the place, flat tires, and furniture left by the dumpster for days. My lease will be up soon, and i will be moving somewhere with better service.
